i have a wireless bluetooth headset for my cell phone. could i use it for online use on the ps3

Yes, you can use the Bluetooth headset from your cell phone, as long as you know how to put the headset into pairing mode. Do not have the cell phone and PS3 in the same room or you will have trouble getting the headset to sync with the PS3 because it will always want to connect with the cell phone first.

not really but the best ones out there are the ones made from SONY or made for specifically the PS3 but if it’s USB or bluetooth connected it won’t matter.
Nope it can be a bluetooth set or usb connected
